During my recent stay at Poyraz Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the culinary experience offered. The hotel's on-site restaurant provided a daily complimentary breakfast buffet from 8 AM, featuring a delightful array of local products that reflect the region's flavors. I particularly enjoyed the fresh breads and fruit, setting the tone for my day. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, with outdoor seating that offered serene views of the surrounding lake and mountains-perfect for savoring a meal while immersed in nature. My lunch experience was equally satisfying; the local dishes showcased culinary innovation, blending traditional elements with modern techniques, making each bite memorable. Special mention must go to Mr Ahmad, whose attentive service further enhanced the experience. He treated us like family and ensured we felt welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend Poyraz Hotel, not only for its comfortable accommodations but for an authentic dining experience that every food enthusiast will appreciate.
